What a fantastic dining experience. Great prices, incredible food, great service. The oysters were delightful, even had more rather than dessert. Our waiter made great recommendations and the chefs were on point. The best dining I had in Las Vegas. Will definately be back on my next trip from NY.

4.5 Pricey but good. Great service Seafood tower was the main event. Fresh, clean, lots of variety Sushi rolls are good but don't expect sushi bar quality or authenticity.

One of my favorite places in Vegas because everything we have ordered is always really good. Been here 10+ times with and without ours kids. I don't think I've ever seen other kids besides ours when we are there but we take ours so we can enjoy a great meal too :) One out of the many many times we had not the best service but never had that experience again. It's a dim lit restaurant with beautiful decor and a nice place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary etc. Some of our normal choices. Kumamoto Oysters 10/10 (these are my favorite of all the ones we have tried here and the most popular) King Salmon Roll Waygu Ribeye Filet Mignon Lobster Lobster Roll Brussel Sprouts is our side of choice Kids Menu My son always gets the hamburger (really good) My daughter always gets the kids salmon and oysters

JJ was our server and he helped us to order. We ordered the oyster sampler because it gave us 3 from the pacific and 3 from the east coast. The way he described the difference was easily elegant pacific had more notes sweet notes than the brine from the east. Our favorites ended up as the Hama Hama and the BayWater Sweet from the pacific. A lady next to us had ordered the Shrimp Scampi and boy was there shrimp and boy was it scampi. I almost forgot! We ordered the chowder and it was buttery like the cookie we got for his birthday! It was a. Tri flavored cookie with a scoop of vanilla icecream and a thin seahorse topping that was the cherry on top of this boat themed restaurant. Enjoy! Loved this restaurant, the ambience in the restaurant is so nice and inviting, but more importantly the food is fantastic! I had fresh fish and it was cooked to perfection. The prices are super fair as well.

This is a lovely open restaurant located in the Caesar's Palace. We were seated in a large, comfortable booth adjacent to the bar. Our server was Chad and we just loved the way he explained the menu, describing the many dishes. My partner and I shared the Oysters Rockefeller. Six oysters, which were very good but perhaps a bit heavy on bread crumbs, nonetheless delicious! We were being a bit indulgent and ordered the wedge salad and were in love with the fact that the salad was a half of the head of lettuce! It was so wonderful with the blue cheese dressing and delicious lardons. We shared the Chilean sea bass swimming in a sage and brown butter sauce accompanied with luscious, tender butternut squash gnocchi. So amazing. We had a wonderful dinner and were so glad we chose Water Grill. Chad really made the experience fantastic.

Located inside the Caesar's Palace hotel, this restaurant is beautiful, decorated nicely and has a great vibe to it. Rustic touches, and a wooden sea side feel. Ordered: Half dozen oysters - chefs choice Pan seared Chilean sea bass with mashed potatoes Black cod soba noodles Food was excellent, oysters were really good Service was a little slow but food quality made up for it Fresh sourdough bread too !!! 8/10 and I would return during summer Very quiet, but it was a Thursday night. Good mix of people

7/19/24 Party of 4 Dinner My fiancé, step kids and I did a staycation at a nearby property and then headed here for dinner. Absolute must try restaurant. No complaints on the service. Restaurant is nicely dimmed. We ordered: Lobster roll: 10/10, the lobster was tender and the roll was buttered to perfection. Lobster soup: 10/10, it's just the right amount of soup. Highly recommend it. Calamari: 10/10, crispy and it was served with 2 dipping sauces. Kids got grilled cheese and cheeseburger: nothing worth mentioning but they liked it. Drinks: Lemon drop: 10/10, made with Tito's vodka. Rosewood: 10/10, gin, lime, rosemary and grapefruit

Want to start this review off by saying that Kristian helped us and she was AWESOME! Excellent service from her. The location is great, right off the escalators, so you can valet, walk a few steps and turn the corner and you're right there. The restaurant is pretty and has a cozy, intimate feeling, which is what I like about it. Food is good, but the service is really what puts this place up at the top for me. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are going to Caesars Palace!
